Pattern Bliss

At Pattern Bliss blog I'll be sharing my favorite surface pattern design inspirations, trends, a sneak peek my pattern designs, my favorite shoes, and, of course, cute dog pictures. Plus you'll get a glimpse of what goes on inside my studio in my sketchbook series.

Telluride Prints and New Kidswear Collections

Starting in January I’ll be launching a brand new design section in my Client Portfolio featuring Kidswear—with the latest pattern trends and color palettes to match. Today I’m sharing a sneak peek at a sampling of  baby and toddler prints with a hint of nostalgia and a cozy heritage vibe. I live in Colorado and I admit I’m smitten with the mountains, the snow in the winter, and the bright sunshine all year long. And this wondrous place definitely influences my designs. Check the collage for a few examples of my Telluride collection—named after a favorite town and ski resort. It features a classic color palette with cobalt blues and rosy reds.

There’s much more in the Telluride collection that will be available in my Kidswear patterns section on my website next month. Stay tuned this month for more behind-the-scenes updates featuring other collections including kidswear designs with Animal Accents and Inky Illustrated repeats.
